Ram Truck announced that it will unveil its Ram 1500 Revolution battery-electric vehicle (BEV) concept on January 5th at the CES 2023 tech event in Las Vegas.
The Ram Revolution BEV Concept is jam-packed with exclusive advanced technology features, providing consumers with a glimpse into the future of Ram’s plans to move toward electrification. This initiative supports the Stellantis Dare Forward 2030 strategic plan to deliver clean, safe, and affordable mobility solutions.
Ram plans to offer electrified solutions in most of its vehicle segments by 2025, with a plan to be fully electric in all segments by 2030. Ram EVs, including the Ram 1500 BEV production vehicle set to debut in 2024, will seek to exceed consumers’ expectations by focusing on areas truck customers care about the most – towing, payload, range, and charge time.
Ram Truck was launched as a stand-alone division back in 2009, with a focus on meeting the demands of truck buyers by delivering high-quality vehicles. With a full lineup of trucks, including the Ram 1500, 2500, 3500 Heavy Duty, 3500/4500/5500 Chassis Cab, and ProMaster, Ram continues to build trucks that get the job done.
The latest J.D. Power APEAL study named the 2022 Ram 1500 the best vehicle in the large light-duty pickup category. This marks the third straight year the Ram 1500 has received top honors in the study, which rates the emotional bond between customers and their vehicles.
