On the Low Friction Circle, the instructors will teach drivers how to handle oversteer and understeer on a wet surface. There’s also a new Ice Hill with an 8% slope to teach attendees what do to if they lose control and start sliding up or down. Finally, the paved autocross area further enforces driving techniques such as steering, lateral and longitudinal load changes, and vision.

“It’s been a fulfilling journey to bring this track to life, with inspiration drawn from several iconic race tracks, such as the Nurburgring Nordschleife, Daytona, and Laguna Seca,” said Kjell Gruner, President and CEO of Porsche Cars North America. “Intended to allow guests to take our sports cars to the next level, the track will offer even more dynamic driving than its sister track and serve as a new brand experience for the public.”
