Adar Poonawalla’s latest ride is a Bentley Bentayga: Spotted at Pathaan movie premiere [Video]

Adar Poonawalla is an Indian businessman who needs no introduction. He is the CEO of Serum Institute of India (SII) that is making the COVID-19 vaccines for India and many foreign markets. Like many other billionaire businessmen in India, Adar Poonawalla also has a good collection of expensive cars and he is often spotted in some of these vehicles and he has been featured on our website several times. This time around, Adar Poonawalla arrived at the special screening of Shah Rukh Khan’s latest movie Pathaan in Mumbai. Mr. Poonawalla was seen in a Bentley Bentayga luxury SUV.

The video has been uploaded by Cars For You on their YouTube channel. The video shows several Bollywood celebrities arriving at a movie theatre for the special screening of the movie Pathaan. The exact location is not mentioned in the video. Adar Poonawalla is also seen arriving for the show in his new Bentley Bentayga SUV. As there was not enough natural light, the exact colour of the SUV is not clear. From the video, it looks like the SUV is finished in a shade of Blue.

Just like many car manufacturers around the world, Bentley also tried their hands in the SUV game and Bentayga was the result. The SUV quickly became popular among rich buyers and even in India, many people bought this luxury SUV. Like many other luxury cars, the Bentley also comes with a range of customisation options. Depending on the customisation, the price for the SUV differs. The price of a Bentley Bentayga starts at Rs 4.10 crore, ex-showroom in India. Other than Adar Poonawalla, Ambani family also owns not one but, four Bentayga SUVs.

The Bentley Bentyga is powered by a 4.0 litre twin-turbocharged V8 petrol engine. The engine generates a maximum of 550 Ps and 770 Nm of peak torque. It is mated to an 8-speed automatic transmission as standard. The SUV seen here in the video comes with white coloured interiors. Adar Poonawalla is seen comfortably sitting in the rear seat of the SUV. The SUV looks extremely comfortable and spacious. Other than Adar Poonawalla, many actors from the industry also arrived for the special screening. Actors like Shilpa Shetty, Vidyut Jamwal, Hrithik Roshan arrived to watch the movie. The movie was officially released to the public on 25th January 2023.

Pathaan movie has managed to get a good start on the first day. According to reports, on the very first day, the movie managed to earn a collection of Rs 50 crore to Rs 51 crore. As mentioned above, Adar Poonawalla does own other expensive cars in his garage. He has a soft corner for Rolls Royce and has couple of Phantom VIII luxury saloons in his garage. Price for one Rolls Royce Phantom VIII starts at Rs 9.5 crore, ex-showroom and depending on the customisations, the prices go up. Other than this he owns a Ghost Series I and Phantom VII. Apart from Rolls Royce and Bentley Bentayga, Adar Poonawalla owns cars like Ferrari 360 Spider, Bentley Continental GT, McLaren 720S and even a fully-customized Batmobile.
