Ford is making the Mustang Mach-E even more accessible to customers this year by ramping up production and reducing prices. The increased supply chain efficiency of its electric vehicle division will enable Ford to cut wait times while still maintaining competitiveness in a burgeoning EV market.
Ford’s dedication to spearheading the electric vehicle revolution is evident in its recently announced Ford+ Plan, which highlights an increase in EV production and value for customers. The Mustang Mach-E continues to be a compelling choice among those searching for an all-electric SUV, while future investments will expand the availability of full-size trucks, SUVs, and vans by 2023 – bolstered with a secured battery source material necessary for scaling up production.
The Mustang Mach-E delivers electrifying 0 to 60 speeds paired with an impressive EPA estimated 300+ mile range and zero emissions. BlueCruise provides hands-free driving on over 130,000 miles of highways, while Ford PowerUp software ensures seamless updates. Now featuring access to the expansive BlueOval Charge Network – North America’s largest public charging network – EV customers can enjoy over 79,000 charge plugs across the continent.
After seeing much success in 2022, Ford’s Mustang Mach-E is reasserting its position in the competitive EV market by introducing a more competitive pricing structure. This move puts Ford firmly at No. 2 for American electric vehicle manufacturers and continues to support its goal of scaling up that sector of business growth.
“We are not going to cede ground to anyone. We are producing more EVs to reduce customer wait times, offering competitive pricing, and working to create an ownership experience that is second to none,” said Marin Gjaja, Chief Customer Officer at Ford Model e. “Our customers are at the center of everything we do – as we continue to build thrilling and exciting electric vehicles, we will continue to push the boundaries to make EVs more accessible for everybody.”
Ford is offering price adjustments on the Mustang Mach-E to current customers and those with a sale date after January 1, 2023. Customers awaiting delivery will automatically receive this benefit, and Ford will personally contact buyers who have already received their vehicles.
“Part of our mission at Ford is to treat customers like family,” said Gjaja. “We want our customers to know they made the right decision by choosing a Mustang Mach-E, and we’ll continue to play a proactive role in doing the right thing for those joining the Ford family.”
MSRP on the new Mustang Mach E starts at $45,995.
