John Alukkas, CEO of Jos Alukkas, an Indian Jewellery retail group from South India recently brought home a brand new Toyota Land Cruiser LC300 luxury SUV. John Alukkas is known to be a car enthusiast and has several expensive cars in his collection. This is the recent one in his collection. A video of his taking the delivery of his brand-new Toyota Land Cruiser has already surfaced online. The jeweller bought his Land Cruise SUV in a shade of white.
The videos and images have been shared on various Instagram pages. The video seen here has been shared by John Alukkas on his personal Instagram page only. In this video, the jeweller arrives at the Toyota dealership in his Lamborghini Huracan. The SUV is completely covered in a cloth and John quickly gets the paperwork done. After that, the keys to his brand-new ride are handed over and the SUV is unveiled.
The current generation Land Cruiser SUV was showcased at the Auto Expo in India this year and not only did they unveil it, they officially announced the prices as well. The SUV is available in a single variant and it is priced at Rs 2.10 crore, ex-showroom. The SUV offers all-LED headlamps, 12.3 inch touchscreen infotainment system, leather upholstery, 14 speaker JBL audio system and many more features. Toyota Land Cruiser is based on GA-F platform which is based on TNGA. Just like the previous versions, the Land Cruiser comes with 4×4 as a standard feature. The weight distribution on the SUV has been improved and the suspension technology is also different. The Kinetic Dynamic Suspension system on the Land Cruiser also means the off-road capabilities of the SUV of the Land Cruiser have been improved drastically.

In India, Toyota Land Cruiser is only available with a diesel engine. A petrol engine is offered internationally. The diesel version of the SUV is powered by a 3.3 litre V6 turbo diesel engine. The engine generates a maximum of 309 Ps and 700 Nm of peak torque. It is mated to a 10-speed automatic transmission. The petrol version of the SUV uses a 3.5 litre twin-turbocharged engine generating 415 Ps and 650 Nm of torque.

Like many young businessmen from India, John also has a good collection of luxury and exotic cars in his garage. He has a Lamborghini Hurcan in Red shade which we saw in the vide above. Other than that, he uses a Porsche 911 as his daily driver as it is much easier to drive in city traffic conditions. He also has a Mahindra Thar which he uses for off-roading. John learned to drive in a Premier Padmini. First vehicle, he ever owned was a Maruti Esteem. He has even participated in rallies and his Esteem got completely destroyed in one of the rally. He even had cars like Toyota Sera, Honda CR-X imported from Dubai. His favourite car was a Toyota Prado which he had used for over 12 years and done close to 3.5 lakh km. He even owned a Lamborghini Gallardo before Huracan.
