If we had to guess, the collection would range between $1,000 and $2,000; that’s the pricing for the Collection One range of eyewear. Then again, Bugatti has released eyewear that costs as much as a pre-owned Corolla.
In all fairness, some pieces are restrained (tasteful, even) and will likely appeal to more conservative individuals. However, the bright gold Bugatti logos found on the temples of some styles recall the Bulgari and Versace glasses favored by wealthy octogenarians.
Bugatti detailing includes the red “macron” emblem, Ettore Bugatti’s distinct signature, and the aforementioned grille patterning created with a laser. We’re surprised the automaker didn’t integrate the iconic dancing elephant, an elegant sculpture that served as the Bugatti Royale’s hood ornament.
“This new collection is simply incomparable, capturing the vast, rich essence of Bugatti automobiles. Each design of each piece serves as a testament to the brand’s commitment to pushing boundaries,” said Wiebke Stahl, Managing Director of Bugatti International.
