And, of course, the piece de resistance of the golden trio is the turbocharged 3SGTE-swapped Toyota Supra Nagata used to break the 200 mph barrier. Appearance-wise, it looks similar to the infamous RB26-swapped Supra that caused a ruckus on the UK’s A1 expressway in 1998, but retains the original face of the Mark IV Supra instead of the iconic car’s bespoke front end. Currently, it makes 800 hp, an incredible feat for an inline-four engine.
While such a collection is special with anyone behind the wheel, Amster plans to invite the original drivers to get reunited with their cars for a spectacle. The S15 will go for a sideways exhibition with Miki at the helm, while the Supra will be sent on a top-speed run. For us enthusiasts, that’s something worth waiting, and hopefully, it does happen soon.
