This isn’t Slang500’s first time at SEMA. Previously, the custom fabricator showcased incredible builds based on classic Mercedes and Porsche models. His company, S-Klub LA, has crafted incredible replicas of the iconic Mercedes-Benz 300 SL Gullwing – some of which are powered by Tesla Model 3 drivetrains – and several different P-cars for wealthy buyers with eclectic tastes.
People usually aren’t too kind to those who butcher Ferraris, but this is an excellent build that uniquely celebrates the company’s heritage. Yes, it will never appeal to purists, but it’s fun and crafted to the highest standards. We’re also relieved that the original Ferrari V12 has been retained and not swapped out for an electric drivetrain.
Hopefully, we’ll learn more about the build process and the hard work of transforming the 612 Scaglietti into this one-of-a-kind 612 TR Teppista soon.
