We tally the sales leaders in the United States throughout the year, and this is the list of models that were most popular in 2023. The list is unsurprisingly led by full-size pickup trucks, with the Ford F-150 at top spot, but some unexpected names sneaked on, like the aging Chevy Malibu in 25th.
