In the rolling hills of Tennessee, the Flatrock Motorclub will change the face of the motorsport lifestyle landscape when it opens its Phase 1 Garage Lofts, being built by the firm Shawn Fisher Design of Crossville.
Each 2,400-square-foot unit comes with one of many floor plans, a fireplace for winter chill, and a 500- or 700-square-foot entertainment deck either overlooking the track, the slow-sloping mountains, or the flickering woods. Each unit is designed for car enthusiasts; all members plan to park as many as four of their treasured vehicles in each unit (several members have combined two suites for even more space to show off and entertain).
More than 90 percent, or 44 of the individual units spread throughout 11 Garage Loft buildings, have already been reserved. Rusty Bittle, Developer and Founding Partner of Flatrock Motorsports Park, commented: ‘It’s really exciting to finally see construction get underway and begin to fulfill our aspirations for what we believe is a unique lifestyle unlike anything else available, This represents more than just luxury living, it’s a project that supports a lifestyle where your passion can come to life every day.’

The lofts being built are only part of the buzz at the Motorclub. The first layer of asphalt on the 3.5-mile Flatrock Motorclub circuit is already down, meaning the Club track is now fully connected. An additional two layers are scheduled for this spring, with the facility set to be open for racing by the summer of 2024.
Moving up from the garage lofts, Flatrock Motorclub promises to be a premier motorsport destination, not just for hungry automotive enthusiasts but for fans of high-end travel too, with the prospect of world-class automotive clubhouse dining, a spa, trackside villas, and a private concierge service. The Club’s dedication to excellence is reflected in the specs of its Club track; 3.5 miles long, with a vertical rise of 127ft and speeds averaging at 101mph, it promises adrenaline-pumping rides faster than any world-class roadside circuit.
Flatrock has its eyes on the future, too. It likewise features a 2.7-mile Grand Prix track, a ‘flagship hotel’ and a multi-purpose arena and exhibition center with room to host nightly circus shows or monster truck rallies or the biggest stars in the music business. Even the pickiest ride-goers must find something on Flatrock’s itinerary that gets their adrenalin pumping.
