Will It Run and Drive After 32 Years? This Original Owner 1968 Cadillac Deserves Some Love!
I grew up in a Chevrolet family, but my dad worked for Cadillac for several years and my grand parents had Cadillacs when I was growing up. So Caddys have always had a special place in our hearts. When I was little my Grandma had a couple of Devilles, so this 1968 model really does it for me. My Grandma’s last Coupe DeVille was a 1969 model that was given to her from the original owner and she drove it until she was just too old to drive. When that happened a friend of mine bought it and it is currently waiting to get some love in my shop where the newly Cad Company equipped original 472 is going back in and air ride is being installed. It’s a cool car and I love it.
This one here is being saved by Dylan McCool so that the original owner’s son can drive it and enjoy it. This car is clean and cool and we certainly dig it. I love seeing Dylan help folks like this and you will too. But it has been sitting for 32 years, so it might take a bit of work. We can’t wait to see the adventures and we’re sure you’ll love it, so watch and enjoy.
Video Description:
Reggie McDonald has lived with this 1968 Cadillac his entire life. The last time it was on the road was way back in 1992, and we’re here today to reunite him with the ability to drive his parents car after all this time! But that can’t happen without some trial and error. Think it’ll run and drive after all this time?
