- Audi confirms Q6 e-tron will arrive on March 18
- All-electric SUV based on PPE architecture
- Expected to use a 100 kWh battery pack
It’s official: Audi will reveal the all-new Q6 e-tron on March 18, where the world will be introduced to the brand’s third electric SUV.
In a teaser shared on Facebook and Instagram, the German automaker has said the battery-electric Q6 e-tron will “elevate your journey and electrify your driving experience.” While that’s not much to work with, we already know a few things about the newcomer.
Before we get to that, let’s look at the teaser image. The Ingolstadt-based brand has showcased the silhouette and slim headlights, whetting the appetites of Audi fans worldwide. Then again, the exterior won’t come as a surprise – the Q6 e-tron was spied nearly naked, showcasing the design ahead of the imminent launch.
The new SUV doesn’t look overtly electric, with styling that resembles the automaker’s other products.
