When we think of billionaires, we think of them being driven around in multi-crore luxury cars like Rolls Royce, Bentley, or Maybach. However, there are some billionaires who do not care about these luxury cars and drive humble vehicles. One such billionaire is Rajesh Hiranandani. He was seen driving around in a Tata Nano, which was the cheapest car in India when it was launched in India a while ago.

Billionaire in Tata Nano
This video of Rajesh Hiranandani driving a Tata Nano has been shared on Instagram. This particular reel was actually shared by him on his personal profile. In this short reel, he was seen arriving at Dhirubhai Ambani Square in his red-colored Tata Nano. The billionaire steps out of the vehicle and hands over the key to the valet.
After this, we can also note that he gives some special instructions to the valet. Now, what exactly he tells the valet cannot be understood from the video. However, it can be noted that the billionaire boasted a lot of confidence.
He even shared the post with the caption stating, “It does not matter which car it is!” The post continued stating, “Who is driving the car, that’s what matters.” The video also mentions, “My Nano with me wherever I go.”
Tata Nano
As mentioned, the car being driven around by Rajesh Hiranandani is a Tata Nano. This hatchback was launched back in 2009, and it was the dream child of Tata Emeritus Ratan Tata. At the time, it was touted as the cheapest car in India. It was launched because Ratan Tata wanted all Indian families to afford a four-wheeler.
However, the Indian car buyers did not appreciate the tagline of being the cheapest car. Due to this marketing blunder, the Tata Nano failed in India. This tiny hatchback came equipped with a rear-mounted 600 2-cylinder engine.
This tiny motor delivered a maximum power of 35 PS and a torque of 48 Nm. It enabled the Nano to have a top speed of 105 kmph, and it offered a fuel efficiency of 23.6 kmpl.
