However, every once in a while, one of the family members is seen in a very humble Toyota Camry sedan. And that humble family member is Mukesh Ambani’s son-in-law, Anand Piramal. Recently, Anand Piramal was seen arriving at Antilla, the residence of the Ambani family, in his silver Toyota Camry hybrid sedan. Antilla is now decked up for Anant Ambani’s wedding, and Mr. Piramal arrived at his father-in-law’s house for a dinner party.

This video of Anand Piramal arriving at Antilla in his humble Toyota Camry has been shared on Instagram by Varinder Chawla. It starts off with Anand Piramal coming out of the front passenger seat of his sedan. Generally, most of the Ambani family members are seen sitting in the rear seat of their cars.
However, Anand Piramal, on a lot of occasions, has been seen sitting in the front passenger seat. In this video, he was seen arriving at the pre-wedding dinner of his brother-in-law Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant. He was also seen wearing humble slippers and was dressed very casually.
Not the First Time
This is not the first occasion on which Anand Piramal was seen arriving at a place in a humble Toyota Camry. Just a while ago, another video was shared online in which both Anand Piramal and Mukesh Ambani’s daughter Isha Ambani were seen arriving at a restaurant in a black Toyota Camry.
What was even more interesting about this particular Camry was that it was a previous generation model. On this particular occasion, however, they were seen being escorted by a number of other security cars, including Mahindra XUV500s, MG Glosters, Land Rover Discoverys, and others.
Their convoy even had their Rolls Royce Cullinan as well. But instead of leaving the restaurant in this luxury SUV, Anand Piramal and Isha Ambani sat in their Camry and left the place. Many netizens were left puzzled by this move of the couple.
Toyota Camry
The Toyota Camry, for those who may not be aware, is one of the most luxurious cars offered by the Japanese automaker. It rivals the BMW 2 Series, Mercedes Benz CLA, and other entry-level luxury sedans. It is priced at Rs 46.17 lakh in India.
This luxury sedan comes powered by a 2.5-litre four-cylinder petrol engine. This motor produces 175 bhp and 221 Nm of torque. It also comes mated to a continuously variable transmission (CVT).
Isha Ambani’s Rolls Royce Cullinan
Anand Piramal’s wife and Mukesh Ambani’s daughter, Isha Ambani, is no stranger to luxury cars. She herself is seen being driven around in a Rolls Royce Cullinan. What’s more unique about her Cullinan is that it has been wrapped. She has chosen the color-shifting wrap for her SUV, and she is seen with this SUV along with her security convoy.
The Rolls Royce Cullinan is the Ambani family’s most favorite car. They have a total of 9 Cullinans. Of these 9, 3 have been purchased this year, and all of those are Black Badge Cullinan models. The most recent one bought by the family is finished in a stunning shade of sky blue.
This SUV comes equipped with a 6.75-liter twin-turbo V12 engine. This powerplant produces 600 bhp and 900 Nm of peak torque. Compared to the standard Cullinan, there has been an increase of 29 bhp and 50 Nm. The engine is mated to an automatic transmission, and power is sent to all four wheels.
