A Range Rover is a type of Land Rover, since Land Rover is a brand, and an automaker. All Range Rovers are Land Rovers, but not all Land Rovers are Range Rovers. The Range Rover lineup (from smallest to largest) is the Evoque, Velar, Sport, and Range Rover. There is also the Land Rover Discovery Sport, Discovery, and Defender.
