Ms. Nima Sulaiman, who took charge as the director of HiLite Group, is one such person. She was surprised with a brand-new Porsche 911 Carrera S sports car by none other than her father, P. Sulaiman, who is the founder of the HiLite Group.

A video of Ms. Nima being surprised by her father has been circulating online for the last few months. The video, shared by Porsche Center Kochi on their Instagram page, was posted in April this year, and we feel the car was delivered around that time. Like many customers, she opted for the home delivery option.
The video was posted with the caption, “Unveiling Ms. Nima Sulaiman’s stunning 911 Carrera S in Shark Blue. Watch the exhilarating moment of delivery as Ms. Nima takes the keys to her dream ride. Buckle up and get ready for a thrilling ride ahead!”
As seen in the video, the car was brought to Mr. Sulaiman’s residence in a closed container. It was then removed from the container and covered with a cloth. The dealership staff made arrangements for the car delivery, and we also see Mr. Sulaiman greeting and interacting with the dealership staff in the video.
Once the arrangements were complete, friends and family members gathered around, and the car was finally unveiled. It looked extremely beautiful in this shade of blue. The video then shows the manager handing the keys to Ms. Nima along with a welcome hamper. She then got into the car, checked out the interior, started it, and drove away.
We have seen several videos where parents gift their kids new cars or bikes on their birthday. However, in this case, Mr. Sulaiman decided to gift his daughter a new sports car worth Rs 2 crore as a welcoming gift for joining the firm in a new position.
This is probably the first time we’ve seen someone receive such an expensive gift for starting a job. Usually, it’s after joining work that one buys a new or used car, but in this case, it was the opposite.
The Porsche 911 Carrera S seen here is the current 992 generation sports car. The Porsche Carrera S comes with a 3.0-liter twin-turbo petrol engine positioned at the rear. The engine generates a maximum of 450 Bhp and 530 Nm of peak torque. It is paired with an 8-speed dual-clutch transmission, sending all the power to the rear wheels.
It’s a fast car and can accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in just 3.5 seconds. The car seen here has black interiors. It is a 2-door, 4-seater car equipped with numerous features, including a touchscreen infotainment system, a digital instrument cluster with an analog tachometer, electric door handles, and many others. The price for a brand-new Porsche Carrera S in India is Rs. 2.01 crore, ex-showroom.
