The video showing the two young men who saved Rishabh Pant’s life with their gifted scooters has been shared on X by 7Cricket. It is the Australian television network Channel 7’s social media handle. In this video, the host, Bharat Sundaresan, reaches the exact spot on the Delhi-Dehradun highway near Roorkee in Uttarakhand, where Rishabh Pant was involved in a very dangerous accident.
He gives the background that the Indian cricketer, who was going to his hometown of Roorkee in his Mercedes Benz AMG GLE, unfortunately, crashed at this place at 5:20 AM. The host then states that this accident took place at a very high speed, where the car crashed into a divider, and Pant was in a horrific situation.
During this time, two youngsters, Rajat and Nishu, who were going to their work in a nearby sugar mill, saw this accident taking place. Immediately, they rushed to the car and rescued the cricket star by breaking the windshield. They then asked him who he was, to which he replied that he was Rishabh Pant.
Following this, they called an ambulance, and soon after, Pant was taken to the hospital. The video then gives details of how Pant had to be in the hospital for a long time and had a lengthy recovery timeline. Rishabh Pant bought a Land Rover Defender
Following his recovery, Rishabh Pant bought himself a brand-new Land Rover Defender 110, finished in the classy shade of Fuji White. He was spotted leaving Mumbai airport in his new SUV. The exact engine option chosen by Rishabh Pant for his Land Rover Defender is currently unknown.
The Land Rover Defender offered in India comes with two engine options. Of these two, the first is a 2.0-liter, 4-cylinder turbo petrol engine. Meanwhile, the other is a 3.0-liter, 6-cylinder mild-hybrid engine.
The former produces a maximum power of 296 bhp and 400 Nm of torque. On the other hand, the latter makes 394 bhp and 550 Nm of torque. Both cars get the same 8-speed automatic transmission.
