After giving an introduction, she starts with the explanation of the restoration process. She reveals how each of these old cars takes thousands of man-hours to restore from scratch. Alex mentions that after the car is brought into the Motor Classics workshop, it gets completely dismantled till its bare chassis, and each of its parts is sent to a different and specific department of the shop for restoration. She then shows the first department where all of the chrome moldings of the car are shown getting prepared for the re-chroming process and also shows how the shop fits each part on the go and tests the fitment of each.
Following this, Alex shows the painting process of these old cars and states that only very selected people are allowed to do these hand-paint jobs. She reveals that it takes around 300-800 hours to prepare these cars before they get to the paint booth. And she adds that the only person who can paint these cars has an experience of 20 years. Next up, she shows the interior restoration department and states that the person doing the interior re-upholstery with genuine leather also has an experience of over 40 years. She adds that it takes around 1 week to complete one leather seat and weeks to finish the entire interior of any classic car in their workshop.
Final Product

She mentions that if any part is beyond repair or restoration, they recreate that part with the help of a CNC machine. Following this, she then shows the fully restored W111 Mercedes-Benz 280 SE Coupe. For those who may not be aware, it was produced by Mercedes-Benz from the mid-1960s to the early 1970s.
