Apple Computer’s founder and visionary Steve Jobs once famously said, “A lot of times, people don’t know what they want until you show it to them.” Well, now it seems that CamSoda, until now simply an adult entertainment webcam company, is really going to show it to us.
The company has unveiled an artist’s rendering of a potential eco-friendly autonomous vehicle, which they call the “SeXla.” Inspired by the great swelling in the market for autonomous robots, the SeXla is designed to get people to their destination, while also getting them off.
“People will be able to step inside the vehicle and fasten themselves in to enjoy a revolutionary masturbatory experience,” said the company’s press release.
The sticky details are fleshed out as well. The SeXla taxi straps on a 4K LED screen livestreaming a webcam model with whom the passenger can interact via voice and video. The vehicle will also come equipped with plenty of lube and tissues. Customers interested in riding in the “SeXla” will pay like they would if they were riding in a taxi, presumably by the inch.
Coming to a city near you
“The Internet has been sent into a frenzy lately with tales of how robots and autonomous vehicles will ruin our livelihoods. I’m here to tell people not to fear all robots and autonomous vehicles, and introduce something that will disrupt the transportation industry,” said Daryn Parker, vice president of CamSoda.
“People on the go can hop in a SeXla and can enjoy a free ride in the comfy confines while being provided a uniquely immersive and pleasurable stress relieving experience. We’re excited to deploy these in some of the country’s biggest markets. SeXla is coming soon (sic) to a city near you.”
It may or may not provide peace of mind to know that CamSoda plans to outfit the SeXla with disinfecting Ultraviolet lights, which have been shown to kill many viruses and bacteria. Hazmat suits are optional, at the expense and discretion of the customer. Just don’t, you know, touch anything you didn’t bring with you.
CamSoda is looking to deploy SeXla taxis in New York City, Chicago, Los Angeles and Austin, Texas. In consideration of other motorists, there are no windows in the artist’s rendering.
