Soon after, as the car driver was about to make his right turn, the biker came and crashed into the rear of the car.

Just after this, the video clip shows that the biker and his pillion both fall on the road. Following this, they both stand up, and the biker starts picking up his bike. Meanwhile, the woman can be seen checking for injuries. At the same time, an autorickshaw stops behind the car and the bike.
Along with the autorickshaw driver, a few other people also gather behind the car. We can see that the bike rider becomes slightly angry and asks the car driver to step out. From the video, it appears that all of the people standing outside were trying to pin the blame on the car driver.

From the video, it is very clear that the biker was completely at fault for the accident. It can be seen that the car was not speeding and did not suddenly decide to take a U-turn. Rather, the speed of the car was slow, and the indicator was already on. On the contrary, we can see that the bike rider did not stop the bike even after coming extremely close to the car.
