The base Blazer EV 1LT will travel 247 miles on a charge, while the RS boasts the longest range in the lineup of 320 miles. Chevy has yet to quote battery sizes but says the Blazer EV should support up to 190 kW charging. The 2LT and RS will be the first trims to go on sale in summer 2023, with prices starting at $47,595 and $51,995, respectively. Chevy will bring out the SS later in the year, starting at $65,995.
Getting the Blazer EV into production is a big deal for GM. The American giant has struggled with EV production as of late, only delivering two Hummers in the first three months of 2023. Meanwhile, the company’s only EV with mass market appeal is not long for this world.
