Aside from this, the motor boasts 348 409-style valve covers and an air cleaner adapter to make it look nice and clean. Tying everything together is a Holly serpentine drive, a CNR crossflow radiator, and a 19-inch PWN fan to keep things cool.

The interior has been color-matched to the exterior paint, meaning it’s not a great place to drop chocolate. Its dashboard is close to the factory specifications but has been upgraded with digital RTX gauges. It also gets a tilt column shifter for better driving position and individual bucket seats. The car’s air conditioning system has also been fixed with a Frigette AC unit that fits the ’60s aesthetic.

A modern interpretation of the El Camino may serve new and younger fans of the nameplate, but nothing quite beats the classic looks, especially when paired with the proper mods and a stunning paint job.
