The new CEO has an impressive resume, with long stints at both Ferrari and Maserati. While working at the Prancing Horse, Dellacha worked as a test engineer and innovation manager, playing a big part in developing the Ferrari FF’s four-wheel drive system.
Later, he moved over to Maserati and served as the head of the technical development team for the Maserati Levante, among other things.
“Paolo has overseen the groundbreaking Battista technical program from concept to delivery. The Battista is already an award-winning, world record-breaking luxury car and I look forward to seeing the team now under his leadership realize the immense potential it has displayed since the company was born,” said Gurpratap Boparai, CEO of Automotive Business, for Mahindra & Mahindra Europe.
We look forward to seeing what else comes out of Pininfarina, and can only hope for something as breathtaking as the Battista.
