Final Dodge Last Call Teaser Introduces 2,538 PSI Of Something To The Hemi V8

When we’re talking about pressure, it could refer to several things. It could be 25.38 PSI of boost. The famous Dodge Demon used a 2.7-liter supercharger, increasing the boost pressure to 14.4 PSI. Theoretically, it’s possible to increase the boost pressure by that much, but Dodge would have to make suitable upgrades to keep the engine from blowing up. The fact that Dodge’s prototype models kept blowing their engines up lends credence to this theory.

Other theories in the video’s comments include 2,538 PSI of direct injection pressure or the maximum pressure the cast-iron block can handle.

Whatever the case may be, we’re sure Dodge will not disappoint. The Dodge Leprechaun (name unconfirmed) is the final Last Call model, a series of seven cars celebrating the V8 before its untimely demise. Nothing short of the most powerful V8 ever produced by Dodge will do, which means it has to beat the Demon’s 840 hp output, and the 1,000 hp produced by the Hellephant crate motor.
