Ford Answers Dipping Mustang Mach-E Sales With Price Cuts

Ford has cut the pricing of the 2023 Mustang Mach-E by as much as $8,100 following losing its eligibility for the EV tax credit, and US buyers can now own the Blue Oval-badged electric compact crossover for a starting price of $39,895 (from $42,995).

The mid-spec Premium and California Route 1 trims now start at $42,895 (down by $4,100) and $48,895 (down by $8,100), respectively. Meanwhile, the top-of-the-line Mustang Mach-E GT comes with a starting price of $52,395, which translates to a $7,600 price reduction. The Mach-E Rally is not yet on sale.

The price can go down further to $33,000 through a $8,500 lease discount. This is based on a $7,500 national lease incentive discount on top of an additional $1,000 discount offered in Los Angeles, Francisco, New York, and Orlando.
