Virtus with Peach colour wrap

The Volkswagen Virtus is currently the entry-level model from the German car manufacturer in India. It is the second product under Volkswagen India’s 2.0 strategy. The Virtus is developed specifically for the Indian market. Just like other cars in the market, the Virtus is also a very popular model in modification circles, and we have already seen a variety of videos related to it. Most of the modification videos that we have seen so far feature wraps and fancy alloy wheels. Here we have one such video, where a Virtus owner has wrapped his sedan in a very unique shade. He wrapped his car in a Peach shade and it is probably India’s first Virtus to get this shade.

The video has been uploaded by Pratham Shokeen on their YouTube channel. In this video, the vlogger was on his way to pick up his Virtus GT, which we will talk about later in this article. When the vlogger reached the workshop, he saw a very different-looking Virtus sedan. It belonged to a customer who had also come to take delivery of the car. The car was then revealed, and the color on this sedan was the most attractive thing. The owner opted for a Peach-colored wrap.

When asked, the owner can be heard saying that he chose this color because it was not very common in India. In other countries, we have seen people and celebrities wrap their cars in Pink and Peach color wraps. In India, most people go for colors that make the car look sporty. Surprisingly, the Peach color looked great on the sedan. The front grille and the Volkswagen logo were all blacked out. The roof of this sedan was also blacked out. Similarly, the owner of this sedan also had blacked out door handles and a black lip spoiler. The finished product gave the Virtus a very sporty character. It is probably the blacked-out details that helped achieve the sporty look. The video even mentions that the overall cost of this wrap was around Rs 35,000.

As mentioned above, the vlogger had come to pick up his own Virtus GT. It looks like the car was involved in some sort of accident. After the repair, he dropped the car at the garage for wrapping. The vlogger has applied a wrap to his car several times, and this time, he opted for a matte metallic charcoal grey shade. Just like the first Virtus, this car also has a different look. It actually resembles Volkswagen’s recently launched Carbon Steel Grey color. The headlamps look smoked, and the roof has been blacked out here too.

It also comes with a lip spoiler and a diffuser on the rear bumper. The car looks great overall. While this car looks aggressive, the Peach-colored Virtus was the main attraction here. It definitely looks different from any car that is on the road. The Volkswagen Virtus is available only with petrol engine options. There is a 1.0-liter turbocharged petrol and a 1.5-liter turbocharged petrol engine on offer. The 1.0 TSI engine is available with a 6-speed automatic and a manual transmission. The 1.5 TSI variant, which is called the GT, is also available with a 7-speed DSG and a 6-speed manual transmission.
