The video has been shared by Lokmat Times on their Instagram page. In this video, we see a Porsche Cayman coming to a stop on the roadside. Dolly Chaiwala gets out from the passenger side, flaunting his jacket and ornaments. He closes the car door and then walks up to his stall.
We then see Dolly making tea for the customers who were waiting for him. The main reason why Dolly became an internet sensation is his unique style of making tea. People found his attire different from other tea sellers in the country and started sharing videos of him.
This is what made him popular. After Dolly, many more street food vendors have come forward with a similar approach. However, Dolly always manages to stay different.
This is not the first time he has been seen in an expensive or exotic car. If you look carefully, just behind the Cayman, a Ford Mustang had also pulled over. It doesn’t look like Dolly owns any of these cars. He might have simply rented the car for video purposes.
The comment section under this video has several negative comments. One person wrote, “He got out from the left side, so how was he driving the car?” Another user wrote, “Most probably all that stuff is rental, relax guys, let’s not get jealous of this.”
The video was probably posted by Dolly Chaiwala on his Instagram page, and it seems the page might have picked up the video from there. The man was clearly promoting himself through these videos. He is now a social media influencer, and this has become a part of his lifestyle. We do not see anything wrong with this. At least he is not risking anybody’s life by doing dangerous stunts on public roads.
