A digital rearview mirror and wireless charging pad can be specified for $800 and $475, respectively, and there are various accessories for animal lovers, including a pet ramp ($200), a pet restraint ($40), and a seat protector ($225).
Other practical items are bundled within accessory packages, like the Premier Protection pack. For $575, Mazda will equip the CX-90 with all-weather floor mats, splash guards, wheel locks, and a cargo tray.
Should the more robust flooring not suit your needs, premium carpet overlays can also be specified for $325. These are just a handful of the accessories Mazda offers customers. Equip the top-of-the-line model with every possible option and accessory, and you’re looking at a final MSRP of $66,180. This excludes the manufacturer’s $1,375 destination charge.
A far cry from the aging CX-9, the CX-90 encroaches on premium territory but justifies this with its refined and powerful engine options, top-notch interiors, and tasteful styling. We have no doubt that it’s going to poach a few Telluride and Palisade customers when it reaches dealers later this year, if not Acura and Infiniti buyers.
