Mad Mike Whiddett Built The World's First 5-Rotor Mazda

The 787D’s full stainless steel tube chassis and body are inspired by Mad Mike’s four-rotor Madbull and were constructed by Tra Kyoto in Japan, renowned for its Pandem/Rocket Bunny kits. The design journey spans three years and was first revealed through a Hot Wheels 1:64 scale model. The resulting aesthetic pays tribute to the 787B, featuring bespoke aero collaboratively designed with Rocket Bunny and a livery showcasing a ‘scissor cut’ pattern, acknowledging sponsors Renown and Charge.

The 787D comes with a sequential gearbox and additional components, such as a Haltech ECU, KW suspension, Wilwood brakes, and unique deep-dish Rotiform steelie-look wheels.
