Manhart Integrale 400 Is A Classic Italian Hot Hatch On Steroids

The interior also received a light revision. Aside from a new steering wheel and floor mats, Manhart retrimmed the interior in leather and Alcantara, giving it an OEM look. The stock gear lever has been swapped out for a short shifter, but aside from that, it’s your typical ’80s/early ’90s cabin.

Purists may disagree with the concept, but it’s great to see a tuner improve an icon without ruining it, an accusation that has been leveled at certain electric restomod companies.

Sadly, in recent years, the Lancia nameplate has become somewhat of a joke. The company sells just one vehicle (the Ypsilon), a dreadfully ugly machine based on the old Fiat 500 platform.

Hopefully, Stellantis can return the ailing marque to its former glory in the electric era. But, if you prefer to stick with the classics, keeping your cherished Integrale on the road is easier than ever before.
