Manny Khoshbin is one of those guys that like to have more of anything. More Bugattis, more Paganis, more SLR McLarens. He just bought another Mercedes. It’s his number nine.

Real estate mogul has just made the announcement on his YouTube channel. In his garage of a gazillion dollars, he made room for yet another of his weaknesses: the Mercedes-Benz SLR McLaren. As expensive as it may be, with not many affording the limited edition series, it may be the cheapest in his collection. This one, just as much as his previous eight units that he has been buying over the years. His number six arrived in May. One month later, he welcomed number 7 and number 8.

Number 9 has just arrived on a tow truck and he took delivery of it wearing the Mercedes-AMG Petronas F1 Team T-shirt.

His latest Mercedes-Benz SLR McLaren wears a silver paint and sports a contrasting red and black combo inside. You may think this one is different from all the others that Manny Khoshbin owns. Well, guess again! He already has got four others with red and black leather interior. Well, it doesn’t matter to him. All that he targets are the good condition of the car and the low mileage. Those are usually about half a million dollars. They’re quite a bargain for the man willing to pay millions for just one McLaren Speedtail, for example.

Manny Khoshbin – His Mercedes-Benz SLR McLaren in figures

The Mercedes-Benz SLR McLaren is the baby of the Mercedes-Benz – McLaren collaboration. Designed by Gordon Murray to be the climax of sports cars at that time, it came with a 5.4-liter supercharged V8. It is a unit that sends 626 PS (617 HP) and 780 Nm to the asphalt via the 5-speed automatic transmission with Touchshift control.

It took about 3.5 seconds to hit 100 km/h (62 mph) from a standstill. The SLR McLaren Stirling Moss, that hit the road in 2009, was half a second faster.
