The video has been shared by RVS Adventures on their YouTube channel. It appears that the Jimny owner, along with his friends, was exploring an off-road trail when the accident happened. The SUV was turning and coming down at the same time. It seems the SUV owner was not very experienced, and he turned the steering wheel a bit too much. This shifted the weight of the SUV to one side, causing it to lose balance. The SUV rolled over a couple of times before falling into a gap between the slope and incline.
Surprisingly, the SUV landed on all four wheels, and the driver started driving it. The other members of the group soon asked the driver to stop as they wanted to check on him. They made him stop the SUV and inspected him for any injuries. The roof and the front windshield of the SUV were broken.
However, the pillars looked intact. The front left tire of the SUV got deflated, but the SUV was still in working condition. The driver didn’t have any injuries and was safe. He then drove the car up the hill and parked it outside the obstacle course.
The Maruti Suzuki Jimny is a capable off-roader. However, an extremely capable vehicle is of no use if the driver is not experienced. Even an experienced driver might face such issues on a bad day. The Maruti Jimny comes with a 1.5-liter naturally aspirated petrol engine that generates 105 PS and 136 Nm of peak torque. It comes with both manual and 4-speed automatic transmission options.
