Mortske Says This Is the Worst Running And Driving 1969 Camaro In The Country… And It’s LS Swapped! What Do You Think?
As I write this, I have not watched the video yet. But from the thumbnail I want to cry BS to Mortske because this thing doesn’t look horrible. Not horrible at all as a matter of fact. I’m not saying it’s awesome, or mint, or whatever, but it is God’s chosen year of Camaro and that is saying something. I’ll put it this way, I’ve seen much much much worse turned into something good. So what all is right with this Camaro? And what all is wrong? Apparently the list is long on the what is wrong front. Let’s see.
I mean, I know I’m a sucker for a set of steelies and poverty caps, but even with junk wheels this thing would sort of speak to me, I’m not going to lie. But with the wheels and tires on it, this thing looks great! I’d make this thing a street race terror, just because I could! But what lies beneath it all? I think we might be surprised.
Video Description:
I had an itch for a first generation Camaro for some time now and my pal Charlie at OK Speed and Custom in Oklahoma found this one down there on Facebook and told me I needed to buy it. So like any good car guy I took the bait and made the deal happen without seeing the car in person. I drove down to Oklahoma, swapped the rear wheels and then we took it to Abel Racing and had the ECU tuned on their dyno and I hauled it home. Lets check it over and install the power disc brake kit that came with the car and see just how bad it is! This vehicle is not for sale at this time. As always, thanks for watching!
