Lancia has big plans for the rest of the decade that involve two new models and a new flagship nameplate that will be “conceived, designed, and produced in Italy.” This flagship will reportedly be named Gamma and will show up in 2026, preceded two years prior by the Ypsilon in 2024. Finally, in 2028, we will see the return of the historic Delta nameplate as the culmination of the brand’s Renaissance strategy.
The Gamma will be produced at the brand’s Italian plant in Melfi with all the luxury and refinement expected of a Lancia and then some. “The new Lancia flagship will be a stunning and elegant Italian car, beautiful on the outside and on the inside, where you will really feel like being in the living room of an Italian home,” says Lancia CEO Luca Napolitano.
