Tata cars are often known for their build quality. For the very same reason, they have a huge fan base in the country. In the past, we have come across several videos where Tata car owners have actually thanked the build quality after surviving accidents. In many cases, the accidents happen because of the carelessness of the driver. Here, we have one such incident from Chhattisgarh, where an overspeeding Tata Nexon crashed, rolled over several times, and fell off the road. The occupants of the car escaped with injuries.

According to the video, a Tata Nexon that was being driven at high speed lost control and slipped off the road. The car rolled over several times before coming to a stop. There is not much information available in the video about the occupants, but we hope they are all safe. The reason for this accident is said to be overspeeding. It was raining, and the road was wet.
The driver of the overspeeding Nexon lost control, and the car skidded on the road. The driver lost control, and it swerved away from the road. Thankfully, it did not crash into any other vehicle. In the accident, the doors, bonnet, roof, and tailgate are all damaged. The windshields, both at the front and rear, are damaged. The SUV was actually lying next to a ground with mud around it. As seen in the video, the SUV was recovered using a crane.
Tata Nexon has proved itself as a very sturdy vehicle in this accident. Even after the rollover crash, the car’s pillars were looking intact. The video doesn’t give a closer view of the car after the crash. The cabin of the car looks intact, and even the roof managed not to crumble after the crash. Tata Nexon was one of the first cars in the country to get a star rating at the Global NCAP. The SUV seen here is the first version. We currently have the 2023 version of Nexon, and deliveries for the same have also started. Coming back to this accident, the driver of this car is at fault in this case. He should have been a lot more careful and driven more slowly on the wet road.
This accident is actually a good example that shows why one must not drive at high speed on wet surfaces. One has to be extremely cautious while driving in the rain. The chances of aquaplaning are higher when you are driving at higher speeds. We are assuming that something like that might have happened here as well. It is not necessary to drive into a puddle of water to experience aquaplaning. You can experience it on an extremely wet road too. The condition of the tires and speed are some other factors. It is always recommended to drive within the speed limits. If it’s raining, reduce the speed by 50 percent, which would give you more time to stop or slow down without any issues.
