Whether its high-performance hypercars or high-end furniture, Pagani can do it all.
There’s a trend happening in the luxury real estate world, and it involves creative partnerships with some of the leading supercar and hypercar manufacturers around the globe. In addition to high-end residences from big names like Bugatti, Bentley, Porsche, and Pininfarina, Horacio Pagani and his team are proud to join that list with plans for its upcoming Utopia Residence at the new DaVinci Tower in Dubai. DaVinci Tower by Dar Al Arkan is the first residential building in the world with interiors designed by Pagani. The tower showcases 19 floors, 3 basement levels, and a ground-floor lobby. Residents will be able to enjoy the stunning view of the Dubai Canal on the southeast side and overlook the Burj Khalifa on the north side. At the moment the project is under construction and the estimated date of completion is Q4 2023.
Pagani Automobili took to its Instagram to share some sneak peek photos of what guests can expect to experience when staying in one of the ultra-luxury residences. The skills and expertise of the craftsman at Pagani are easily transferrable to luxury furniture design, working with materials like carbon fiber, aluminum, titanium, leather, and wood. Like its historic lineup of multi-million dollar, bespoke hypercars, the Pagani Arte Collection represents the collaborative efforts that involve both the manufacturer and its customers.
