Road rage incidents have become a common occurrence in India. A new video has emerged where a YouTuber was threatened by a group of men in a car and on a bike after his car brushed against a motorcycle.
The video was shared by Flying Beast on his YouTube channel. In the video, the vlogger was returning from a cricket match, and while on his way back, the left front bumper of his car rubbed against a Royal Enfield motorcycle at an intersection. The vlogger mentioned that he had not realized how close the bike was to his car and believed it had already passed.
However, the motorcyclist applied the brakes and slowed down, leading to the incident. The vlogger left the spot and later realized that a car and the biker were following him. A Maruti Ciaz driver attempted to block his way at a traffic signal, but the YouTuber found a gap and managed to drive away. By this time, the car driver was frustrated and decided to follow him, intending to block him at the next traffic signal.
They succeeded in doing so. The YouTuber, aware of the situation, remained calm. He rolled his window down slightly and began speaking with the biker. The biker claimed that his motorcycle had been damaged. The car driver then got out and tried to forcefully open the door. The vlogger responded by saying he would not come out and suggested they call the police if they wanted to resolve the issue.
The biker accused the vlogger of trying to flee the scene, to which the vlogger replied that he had no other choice as they seemed intent on harming him. The car driver continued to block the way and threatened the vlogger. The vlogger reiterated that they should call the police and stated that he would not get out of his car until law enforcement arrived.
Eventually, the biker and the car driver calmed down and began asking about compensation. The vlogger, likely driving a luxury car, was asked by the biker to pay for the bike’s repairs. The vlogger responded by saying he would do so if the biker was willing to pay for the repairs to his car.
This response likely caught the biker off guard, and it became apparent that he would have to spend more on the car’s repair. Both parties left the scene, and they did not cause further trouble for the vlogger.
This was a clear case of road rage, and it was fortunate that the vlogger stayed inside his vehicle. Had he engaged with the others, the situation could have escalated into a physical confrontation.
In such situations, it’s important to remain calm. If you feel things are getting out of hand, call the police and provide your exact location. Never flee the scene, as it may worsen the situation. Apologize to the other party, even if you believe you did nothing wrong, and leave before things escalate further.
