The Tesla Cybertruck took four years to launch, yet early adopters couldn’t fully use their electric pickup EVs. In a video by VoyageATX posted on YouTube, the Cybertruck owner encountered a message on the central display saying “Locking Differential Controls Coming Soon.”
With a price of $79,990 for the all-wheel-drive (AWD) Cybertruck ($99,990 for the Cyberbeast), it is unfortunate owners couldn’t even use this essential off-road feature – at least for now. We’re unsure of the exact rollout dates, but as Tesla said on a dash display, it should be coming soon.
That must be tough for owners, especially for the YouTuber who went off-road in his Tesla Cybertruck. It appears that Tesla is holding off on using the off-road feature for some reason.
