This project is just the beginning for both companies as they plan to collaborate again on product development to enhance further the drag racing capabilities of the Model S Plaid, which is already a monster down the strip from stock.
Bisimoto’s CEO, Bisi Ezerioha, will be in charge of documenting every step of the build and showcasing it in a series of videos on YouTube. From installing Unplugged Performance parts to technical discussions about their performance gains and product development of future components, which could make their way into other less extreme projects, such as a Tesla turned into a cop car.
The final product will be revealed at the Electrify Expo in Miami, along with more information and hopefully some lightning-quick 1/4-mile times.
