Ferruccio Lamborghini established Automobili Lamborghini in 1963 and was instrumental in creating one of the most iconic automotive brands on the planet. Ferruccio’s creative approach was always bold and daring, fueled by the ideology that the unexpected and seemingly impossible could be achieved by constantly striving for improvement. But his unrelenting desire to continually innovate and improve resulted in the creation of two of the automaker’s most iconic models: the Countach and the Miura.

CEO of Automobili Lamborghini Americas Andrea Baldi attended the ceremony to accept the honor on behalf of Lamborghini. The Hall of Honor at the Automotive Hall of Fame now houses an iconic marble plaque etched with Ferruccio Lamborghini’s signature. The Hall of Honor is a place where visitors celebrate the men and women whose automotive innovations have changed the world and revolutionized our very way of life.
