The New Airspeeder Mk4 Flying Racecar Elevates Motorsport Racing

With a finite amount of space on earth for challenging motorsport circuits, innovative companies like Alauda Aeronautics are looking to the sky for the next generation of racing. After introducing the idea of airspace racing in 2019, the passionate team of engineers went to work to develop a machine that resembles the look and feel of modern Formula 1 race cars. Alauda Aeronautics is proud to unveil the all-new Airspeeder MK4 as the first fully-crewed flying race car in its lineup of extraordinary creations. The Airspeeder MK4 is designed and built in Adelaide, Australia, incorporating performance and technology to shape the radical new sport of piloted racing.

A 1,340 horsepower Thunderstrike Hydrogen Turbogenerator offers a 188-mile range while making it the world’s fastest vertical take-off and landing aircraft with a 225mph top speed. This revolutionary technology provides safe, reliable, and sustainable power over long flight times. Handling qualities of modern-day F1 cars are achieved through Artificial Intelligence Gimballed Thrust technology. With eyes set on the first crewed races scheduled for 2024, team entries for the Airspeeder MK4 racing series are now open.
