All of this helps to add an additional 104 hp and 64 lb-ft of torque to bring the total to 908 hp and 654 lb-ft of torque at 7,100 rpm with peak torque coming in at 6,300 rpm. Interestingly, one would think this is surely good for at least a slight upgrade in top speed and acceleration times, but in the press release, Novitec quotes figures practically identical to the stock Elva’s.
On top of the performance upgrades, the roadster now sits lower than the stock car by about 20 millimeters on some great-looking new wheels created by the American company Vossen. The Novitec MC3 wheels, with diameters of 20 and 21 inches respectively, are produced with state-of-the-art forging and machining techniques and fit the wheel wells perfectly.
