Toyota dealer delivers 10 Innova Hycross Crossovers in a single day [Video]

Toyota Innova Hycross has started reaching dealerships and deliveries for the same have also started. Last week, we saw a video of a customer taking delivery of probably India’s first Innova Hycross. After this, we now have a video of a dealership from Maharashtra where mass deliveries have started. The dealer has delivered 10 Innova Hycross MPVs to customers in one day in an event. Price for the all-new Toyota Innova Hycross MPV begins at Rs 18.30 lakh, ex-showroom and goes up to Rs 28.97 lakh, ex-showroom.

The video has been uploaded by Car Jigyasu on their YouTube channel. In this video we see almost 10 Toyota Innova Hycross MPVs parked outside a dealership in Maharashtra. Many dealers do such mass delivery events to attract customers and make them feel special. These events are organised by the dealership only. After all the paperwork is done, the customers move outside the dealership and stand next to the car that they have booked. The video does not specify the variants that the dealer is currently delivering. The dealer then hands over the key to their new car.

The Toyota Innova Hycross is available in Super White, Platinum White Pearl, Silver Metallic, Attitude Black Mica, Sparkling Black Pearl Crystal Shine, Avant Grade Bronze Metallic and new color Blackish Ageha Glass Flake. Toyota is offering interiors in two new colour options too. There is Chestnut & Black and Dark Chestnut. As we already know, this is the first Innova that is not based on a ladder-on-frame construction. It is a monocoque MPV and is based on Toyota New Global Architecture (TNGA). When compared to the Innova Crysta, Hycross looks a lot more premium and it offers more features too.

Toyota is offering the Innova HyCross petrol in G (7seater), G (8 Seater), GX (7S), GX (8S) variants. The self-charging hybrid or the strong hybrid version of the HyCross is available in VX (7S), VX(8S), ZX and ZX(O) variants. Toyota Innova Hycross offers features like a floating 10-inch touchscreen infotainment system, semi-digital instrument cluster, leather upholstery, front ventilated seats, ambient lights, panoramic sunroof, multi-function steering wheel, and so on. Toyota is also offering ADAS. It is the first Toyota in India to get this feature.

Many people might opt for the strong hybrid version due to its high fuel efficiency. The strong hybrid version of Innova Hycross is available with a 2.0 litre petrol engine paired with an electric motor. This setup generates a combined power output of Rs 183 Ps. The strong hybrid version has a claimed fuel economy of 23.24 kmpl which is highest in its segment. The regular petrol version on the other hand uses also uses a 2.0 litre petrol engine 171 Ps and it has a claimed economy of Rs 16.13 kmpl. The regular petrol version is available in G and GX variants. The strong hybrid version comes in VX, ZX and ZX(O) variants. Toyota does not offer a manual gearbox with Innova Hycross. The regular petrol version gets a CVT gearbox while the Strong Hybrid version comes with an e-CVT. If you are looking for diesel engine, Toyota has re-launched the Innova Crysta diesel with a manual gearbox in the market.
