Toyota Innova type 3 converted with Lexus Kit and BMW Donington grey color [Video]

The Toyota Innova has gained immense popularity in India due to its impressive reliability, spaciousness, and versatility. It is considered a benchmark in the MPV segment, offering comfortable seating for large families and excellent resale value. The Innova’s robust build quality, efficient engines, and low maintenance costs have made it a trusted choice for Indian customers, especially for long-distance travel and commercial use. Recently, a video of one such old Type 3 Innova’s conversion with a custom-made Lexus kit has been shared on YouTube. The entire exterior and interior of this particular Innova have been fully customized.

The video of this Toyota Innova Type 3’s conversion with a Lexus kit and BMW paint shade has been shared on YouTube by Autorounders on their channel. Autorounders has one of the most popular body shops in the country that specializes in performing such conversions, and they are known for doing similar jobs on Toyota Fortuners and Innovas, along with a ton of other popular cars in the country. In this particular video, the owner of the shop starts by stating that the owner of this particular Innova came to their shop and asked them to revamp his Type 3 Innova. He mentioned that he wanted something unique that had not been done by anyone in the country.

Following this, the owner of the shop suggests going with their in-house custom-built Lexus body kit. He also suggests going with custom aftermarket LED headlights and taillights. The video then shows the car in the paint booth getting painted, and afterward, the finished car is shown in the video. The presenter, after the completion, presents the new customized Innova and gives a walkaround of the car with all the details of the work put into it. The owner of the shop starts at the front of the vehicle and begins with the custom Lexus body kit. He states that this kit has been designed in their shop and developed by them and is not available anywhere else in the world.

He states that they have extended the Lexus front grille on their kit, which gives it a more unique and aggressive appearance. Following this, the presenter mentions that they have also fully repainted the car in a very unique shade of BMW’s popular Donington Grey color. He states that this color is generally a little pricier than their other color options.

The presenter then adds that they have also added aftermarket LED headlamps with projectors and have also added LED bulbs to the fog lamps to increase visibility. Moving on, he then shows the custom-made side skirts of the car and moves on to show the rear of the MPV. He states that the rear gets a fully high-gloss boot strip along with custom aftermarket LED taillights. The presenter also adds that they have added aftermarket alloy wheels and new tires as well.

Moving on, the presenter then shows the car from the inside and states that it has also been given a full custom interior. He states that this is the first time they have given a brown and black theme to an Innova. He shows the custom-made seat covers with diamond stitching and also shows the custom-installed brown roof liner. He states that the roof liner is the same as the ones used in Audi, BMW, and other luxury cars. He also states that they have also added ambient lighting and a starlight roof liner as well.
