URWERK’s newest creation defies all odds.

The most refreshing thought behind the art of watchmaking is the absence of a rule book, giving world-renowned horologists complete creative control when dreaming up a time-telling concept. For the team at URWERK Geneve, that’s been the approach since first revealing the UR-101 and UR-102 at Baselworld 1997. Today, that tradition still holds strong as URWERK kicks off Watches & Wonders 2024 with the release of its all-new SpaceTime Blade series, limited to only 33 pieces. Standing at an impressive 5.5 feet tall and weighing 44 pounds, these exclusive instruments are set to redefine the art of timekeeping.

Crafted by master artisans like Mr. Lukuvka, specializing in lost-wax casting, and Mr. Votrubec, renowned for his glasswork, each component of the SpaceTime Blades is a nod to meticulous craftsmanship and expertise. At the heart of the SpaceTime Bade are handmade Nixie bulbs, hand-crafted by Dalibor Farny. These bulbs, with intricately designed cathodes forming numerals, add a vintage charm to the modern design. Assembled by hand, the SpaceTime Blades embody URWERK’s dedication to pushing the boundaries of horological innovation. Standing tall, they mark the course of time while also representing the brand’s excellence in design and precision engineering.
