The car’s handling is managed by a carefully selected suspension setup utilizing BC Racing BR Series coilovers, enhancing performance on both road and track.
After the show, Steven plans to tune the suspension properly. Custom Rotiform KPS wheels, sized at 18×12 with a 255 offset front and rear, are paired with 315 R8 Toyo tires. Despite the vehicle’s widebody design, it can achieve full lock on the steering, which is not so common on extremely widened cars.
An extensive safety cage forms part of the build, meeting FIA and NASA standards, as Steven plans to take the car to the track soon. Steven also intends to make the car meet full racing regulations by building a rear firewall to separate the cabin from the fuel cell, after which the engine will undergo a full rebuild to pump up the power substantially.
We’re used to seeing SEMA builds that are half-baked at best, so the fact that Steven is building something fully functional warms our hearts.
