WATCH: Chevrolet Explains How The Corvette E-Ray's Performance App Works

The gauges screen shows dynamic power output from the 495-horsepower LT2 6.2-liter V8 and the 160-hp permanent magnetic drive motor in real-time, while the dyno display shows power and torque curves over selectable intervals. Finally, the data screen focuses on electric performance and overall efficiency. This one may be the most used, as it shows the driver how much fuel they have saved or charge they have gained.

The driver can view information for the current trip, compare it to previous journeys, and even reset it to monitor energy usage on a road trip, for example.

It’s slightly gimmicky, but it helps to foster a relationship between car and driver.
