Road Rage incidents gettting reported from different parts of the country has become a commong thing lately. Poeple loose their cool for silly reasons and often end up physically assaulting other road users. We have come across many such incidents in the past. In some cases, cops have taken action while others go unnoticed. Here we have a video from Delhi, where a woman driving a Kia Carnival beats up a biker after the driver crashed into bike.
The video has been shared by Prateek Singh on his YouTube channel. The video was shared to him by one of his follower. The incident took place in Delhi’s Ghazipur region. The video mentions that the road on which the incident took place is often crowded and there are not many traffic police officers present at teh spot to manage the vehicles.
The Kia Carnival driven by the woman was passing through the crowded road when she bumped the premium MPV into a cab. She had an argument with the cab driver and then resumed her journey. After sometime, the same Carnival driver crashed the MPV into a bike. This time, she lost her cool for some reason.
The person who recorded the video said that the woman was probably frustrated with the slow moving traffic on the road. Kia Carnival is a huge vehicle and one has to be extremely careful while maneuvering this MPV through crowded roads. The chances of rubbing the MPV against other vehicles are pretty high if not careful.
The woman got out of the vehicle and simply started arguing with the biker. The argument escalated almost immediately and the next thing we see is that the woman is hitting the biker. There is a man who is trying to hold her back but, she seems to take out all her frustration on the biker.
In the next clip shared by the follower, we see that the woman has parked the Kia Carnival in the middle of the road and is blocking the traffic. She is hitting the biker while other road users wait helplessly in their cars.
The video mentions that they are not sure if the biker had crashed into the car or was it the fault of the car driver who crashed into the biker and then decided to argue with him.
Whatever may have been the reason, the woman had created inconvenience to a lot of innocent road users. She had parked her MPV in such a way that no vehicles could pass through the road. Other than creating a traffic congestion or jam, hitting the biker was also not the right thing to do.
The follower mentioned that people were stuck for almost an hour and cops did not come to the spot to move the vehicles away. If you are ever in such a situation or find anyone in such a situation, never try to resolve the issue or get involved in it. Report the case the cops and give them all necessary details.
